Security+ - CIW or Comptia

should I study for Comptia's Sec + or CIW Security Professional? which one is more difficult (i'll take the one that more diff) and well-known? Seems to me they both the same..just a diff company that produces the exam.

I would recommend you to go for Security+ first from COMPTIA and then go for CIW Security Anlayst Professional exam.
