Recent postings in many forums and groups has prompted me to post this observation.
An increaseing number of sites are springing up that will not allow you access if you are
running Ad blocking or Spyware blocking programs. This is an unfortunate natural prog-
ression, these sites depend on advertiseing to fund their operations and the success of
the antispyware developers is hitting them where it hurts, in the pocket book.

Advertiseing is big business and could not stand for long the disruption of their revenues
without fighting back. This is the beginning the next step will be to borrow a page from the
virus writers and they will begin includeing code to disable or cause the various scan engines
not to recognise their products. This is a key point Spyware is a marketed product unlike
hackers/virus writers who do their best to hide their identities and locations a Spyware
writer has to be able to be reached by its customers, therefore haveing a physical location
and identity, which would allow authorities to procede against them. This so far has kept
their responses to the Antispyware industry low key and non agressive.

Unfortunately due to the successes of the Antispyware industry I fear this will soon change.
Hopefully you developers of Antispyware products are allready takeing this into account
and are working on ways to secure your search engines and products, because it will soon
be needed.

Just an observation from an aspireing security professional.

Comments and discussion on this is encouraged.

Example:

CD copyright protection, guess what soon some hacker going to break it and distribute to everyone. So people can convert to MP3.

"Security" is a issue that will follow everyone until they ....
