| Has anyone out there got any advice on the INFORMATION SYSTEMS EXAMINATIONS BOARD (ISEB)
IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT FOUNDATION CERTIFICATE (ITIL). Are there any practice exams or study assistance sites.

Sorry for the delay in replying.
No chance, you have to do the course (3 days I think) and sit the exam at the end and rely on the notes that you were given. | |

| For all those that will look at this forum here are some useful links for ITIL Certification candidates. Contrary to the previous post you can take the self study option for the ITIL Foundation Exam.
The Track is as follows:
1. ITIL Foundation Exam (In Class or Self Study)
2. Practitioner Exam (In Class only)
3. Managers Certificate (In Class Only)
