| I had a system running Windows 2000 Prof which was formatted and Windows XP Prof was installed, upon completion the user found out that he had forgotton to back-up a file. Can you please help to recover this file | |

| you are probably out of luck, you can try getdataback but if you get a non-quick format its probably gone. |
