| This might look strange yet True. We recently shifted form Windows NT4 server to Windows 2003 Server, All the Printers were working fine on the old server. I'm trying to install the HP Color Lasetjet 4550n printer on my network, I've tried all possibilities which include updating the Printer driver of both Windows XP and 2000, yet it fails to print, says please ensure that the Printer is connected to the network and is turned on. Ironically I can establish the same connection when I install it through the TCP/IP Port, even the pinging command to the printer gives instant reply, kinda feeling embarassed of not being able to hook-it up to the server, please help |
