Hi all,
I need to know which is a good software to remote control any users across
the Internet.
A software that all the users need to do is browse a website to download
some dynamic apps like java or asp then I should be able to remote control
them.
Something similar to gotoassist.com.
Thanks,
Al

I don't want to open up any incoming ports to my clients that need support
from me.
All I want them to do is to browse my webserver or something to establish a
session then I can remote control them from there.
thanks,
Al
