That site he gave is based in a country, I believe, that cannot be touched
by Microsoft or anyone else because they do not recognize international
copyrights.

Maybe, but it's still worth a shot, and one way to at least try to fight the
dumpers. Did you see this?

Microsoft was about 5 years too late to save the integrity of their
certification program, as far as I am concerned. They dragged their feet
for far too long.

| I and my friends always to go this web site since 2000, there're so so many
updated dumps posted by MCSE students around the world, but now it totally
changed of its nature, if someboday upload latest dumps, the webmaster will
delete it immediately, so you can see now there're only a comment-board, not
dumps-paradise. do you know why??? it is because this web site already be
bought by www.testking.com last year.
