MCSE 2000 vs MCSE 2003

| Is it easier to take the MCSE 2000 certification then upgrade to MCSE 2003
or just bite the bullet and go for MCSE 2003? I've been in IT for 15 years
but have yet to get certified.
Thanks

| I think it is, and many employers would look favourably on the twin MCSE's.
Also having the 2K cert will reinforce time in the field to many.

Bite the bullet. Certification means a lot, bit it's not everything. Don't
spend more time on getting certified than necessary. Spend time to get more
certificates, like mcdba or linux+. Show you're versatile, not chicken.

If you haven't done either, and have to ask, then do the Win2003
All ties go to Win2003.
People who are mostly finished with Win2000 might do better to finish
that one first -- at this point, people starting out should just do the
CURRENT
operating systems.
