Guidelines for 70-219 Revision Materials

| Having just passed 70-217, I've only got the 70-219 exam to go for the full
MCSE.
I've been using the MSPress Premium Edition training kits for the core exams
as I like the multimedia material included as part of the eLearning CD ROM.
It breaks up a straight reading marathon into nice bites.
However, I can't seem to find a similar kit for 70-219.
All I can find is: "MCSE Training Kit (Exam 70-219): Designing a Microsoft
Windows 2000 Directory Services Infrastructure" - ISBN 0735611327. And the
associated Readiness Review.
Which book have people found best in preparing for this exam? I'm a little
nervous due to the apparent difference between the other exams and design
exams (case based study work) - are they really that much different to the
other 6 I've taken?
