Are there any questions pertaining to Unix (NFS, etc) on the 70-215??

Thanks,
Kenny

Kenny,

I just took 215 today (and passed). I only remember 1 UNIX question.
Essentially it asked how would you set up a local printer on a UNIX machine
so Win 2K clients could access it.

I believe the steps were to set up a local printer on 2k server, configure
the tcp/ip @ of the port as the Unix printer, then set the clients to print
to the ip@/queue name of the printer.

On another note, 215 was easier than 210 in my opinion.

Congratiolations Michael!

There are no questions about NFS, only to make printers available for
unix and vice versa.

Ken,

I agree with both the previous posts, the version of 70-215 I took
only had maybe 2 questions which included a UNIX server. I'm going to
be taking 70-216 next week and I wanted to give you a heads up, Unix
servers have been included in roughly 35 to 40% of the reviews I have
gone through so you'll definately need to know how to use them in a
Win 2000 network, there are also alot of questions involving
integrating NT4, UNIX and Win 2000 in the same network. So keep the
info you've learned in mind as you will definately need it.

Good luck,
Ed.
