Don't understand it. Have a new install of win2000, IE 6, installed all
service packs and hotfixes. I did install MSxml4sp2 for one app. Now when I
installed the support tools, tried to use the Support Tools deployment guide
to study from and get:
"You are using an old browser. Help may not display correctly. Please
upgrade to the most recent version of IE"

I have noticed that IE 6 and SP1 do not always load correctly. Often
when running patches you will get the message that they require IE 6 and
SP1 even though you already have it installed. I just re-run the
service pack and the problem goes away
