The Syngress book by Shinder is tops for this area.

I've used the Coriolis Exam Cram , but I failed this morning - I had a whole
section in the exam on questions to do with arrays I'd never even covered ..
only failed by 32 points though . Revise Arrays and Array configuration alot
! the rest is fairly simple and well covered.

I used to use Coriolis because you could just get the CD with the practice
exams and the book was included on the CD so you could print off just what
you needed for the day. Much easier to tote around a few sections to study
than an entire 1000 page book. I've since stopped using them because I
noticed that a lot of the material was so just-scratch-the-surface that I
wasn't learning anything, just the process to complete a task. It seemed
more to me like a PC monkey trainer. I also noticed incorrect answers in
the tests as well as faulty questions (ex. the "question" is actually an
answer from another question. You are then given 4 more answers to choose
from that have nothing to do with the "question" presented). Also they are
totally web based trainers and I have never been able to get the software to
work on anything newer than IE 5.0. I stick with Testout now. More
accurate info...More editing done to catch the oopses...and a much better
exam experience. (It's a different exam everytime. I found myself scoring
100% everytime on Coriolis because it was the same Qs in the same order. I
had the test memorized.) MTC
