| I passed the 70-210 exam on the 27th of May, 2003 and I still have not
received a certificate from Microsoft. I need it urgently for an
interview. Where can I find out what has happened to it?

| Have you visited the Microsoft website? This page
https://partnering.one.microsoft.co...dateAddress.asp
x will tell you whether your welcome kit has shipped and has a link to
report a welcome kit that has not yet been received. You will probably have
to log into the MCP secured area to get to this link.

I tried the link, but it does not work. I should have mentioned that
I am in the UK. I will try to find the UK Microsoft site.

| You have to request the kit. They will not send you anything unless you ask
for it.

Thanks, but it wouldn't give me access. I'm really sick of this
floundering around trying to get what I'm due.

Thanks for helping out. One point, the email I use on newsgroups
expired a long time and I never update it because of not wanting to
receive spam. Could you ask them to direct that email to
dsallows@tiscali.co.uk
