Any security+ certs here?

| just curious to know if anyone has completed it ?
can sum 1 tell me why is the exam is soo expensive?? what is the pattern of
the exam?? all multiple choice?? is it vendor neutral?
can someone please give me a quick outlook on what are the topics you
learn??
i'm just too lazy to go and find it in the comptia website =)

try checking out the examnotes forum.
It is expensive because Comptia is trying to pay all the psychometric
analysts they employ ... lol
100 questions in 90 minutes. Pass score is 764? on a 100/900 scale -
somewhere about 85% I guess.
The objectives range far and wide, and as per Comptias usual practice the
questions are crap, have subjective answers or wrong answers and are a great
way for InComptia to add even further bucks to their coffers ;-)

| Passed it recently, not too hard. I did not think the questions were that
bad (try taking Ciscos old CID exam).
