Assuming you have everything else correct ie. DNS, DHCP, AD, RIS.....can you
use the RIS boot disk ( the one made with rbfg.exe) to accomplish the RIS
installations without the PXE compliant boot rom or network card??

The rbfg.exe disk IS to use if you've not got a PXE compliant NIC, as long
as your NIC is on the list of supported devices that rbfg recognises.
