I have a PST file from an exchange server at another site, The user
is now at my site and we do not have an exchange server. Id there
anyway to get into it?

create the user account in Outlook and overwrite the .pst file with the one
from the old site and you should be fine. Before overwriting the .pst file
make a backup to be safe.
