Author 70-215 changes after March 31.

I heard a rumor that MS added some new stuff to the 70-215 test and maybe
some others effective March 31. Is this true? I have been studying my butt
off with a book, a Transender and a Test King. I fear they may be off now.
Anyone know about this?

Only rumor at this point, however, the exams are constantly being updated
and if you don't have the background and experience but rely purely on
practice exams and braindumps, you will most likely fail!

Not necessarily. There are 10,000 MCSEs out there that never had a lick of
experience when they passed their tests.

After 19 years I can safely say there's no unemployment in my future!

Oh really, smartass?

In the same way that a piece of paper doesn't mean that you know your
stuff, neither does "showing up for work".

I have 2 friends that have been working in an IT dept (for a college)
for years. Neither certified in anything... One couldn't figure out
why when setting up partitions on his new 200 gig FAT32 hard drive,
after creating the first extended partition, the option was greyed out
the next time. The other couldn't figure out why when an NTFS drive
had unused space (all space was allocated), he couldn't created a new
drive letter.

Although there are people that cheat their way through, there are also
people that really do care and really do learn by studying... just
like there are people that don't know "dick" because they just
stumbled into the job.

I'm an MCSA doing mobile pc repair/networking to get any experience I
can. Yes, it is rough finding an actual IT position. But I will. Just
because you MAY be "employed" doesn't automatically certify you as
smarter than anyone else, either!

To everyone out there making an honest effort, GOOD LUCK! It is a
jungle out there...

Getting back to the original topic. Regardless of how tests might change, as
long as we know our stuff, whatever changes Microsoft makes really shouldn't
matter.

Now, if Microsoft does make substantial changes, such as add items in Tasks
Being Measured of the exam prep guide, it's really on us to make sure we
cover it. I'd also hope that Microsoft would update the exam prep guide to
reflect the changes.

The exam prep guides can be found at
