Just completed and passed 70-216. Taking this test wasn't the most
enjoyable.

I guess my biggest complaint is the damn low resolution monitor. One
would think Microsoft or the test centers would utilize larger monitors
with higher display resolutions or multiple monitor setup. I had 10 to
15 questions that had 2 or 3 tiles including a popup exhibit. I
constantly had to enlarger, reduce or move the tiles and click the
exhibit on and off to be able to read and view the questions. Pain in
the butt and time consuming! Sure would be nice a multiple monitor
setup or at a bare minimum the display set to a higher resolution.

Find another test center! Microsoft doesn't regulate the centers and it's up
to the individual center which collects only $2-3 per exam as to what
quality of equipment they choose to provide. Testing centers are created
only for the convenience of "their" clients and some aren't even open for
public testing.

You could complain to the organisation you booked your exam through. In my
case this was VUE. Last time I booked an exam they asked me for feedback
regarding the test centres.

And do you think they review their feedback and make adjustments?

Sounds like a real PITA but this is the kind of situation you will find in the
field also. Not that the test center uses small displays because they want to
recreate field experiences, they do it because they're cheap... which is also
why the company you end up working for will do it.

Possibly not. But it adds to the satisfaction by logging a complaint...the
satisfaction of also taking your custom elsewhere as you suggested.

In fact if they do get the feedback, letting them know that they have lost a
customer (which means losing money) they should take note. It's their loss.

Therefore I suggest both if its possible."Andy Barkl"

Microsoft has nothing to do with the quality of the test centre's monitors.
Try a different centre. I wrote all my exams on a 14" monitor as I am sure
a lot of other people did without complaining. I'm sure neither Prometric,
VUE, MS
or anyone else here sees this as an MCSE exam problem.
