I run a small IT company in the UK, have recently interview two mcse
engineer there pass certificates look different from each other, is there
any way of finding out how a real certificate should look

You can view your transcript but you can't get your actual certificate from
the site. The certificate is mailed to you.

You can print it out if you have IE6. Lesser versions are not supported
apparently.

I know that I can print out my information. The original question was from
someone wanting to know how to verify two potential employees certification
status. Someone responded with go to Microsoft's MCP secured site. My
question is where do you get this information? Actually I was of the
understanding that Microsoft discontinued this feature either last year or
the year before, but if I'm wrong I'd like to know where to find it. The
other problem not just anyone can access the MCP secured site.
