Hi All

I have a Win2k professional and a user called Public and a shared directory.

I have mapped the shared directory from my Laptop PC as K: My problem is
that anytime I log into the laptop PC the drive does not reconnect I have to
pass through the process of specifying username and password.

Can somebody help me with step-by-step guide on how to accomplish this task
so that the drive can reconnect automatically during reboot and logoff

Please no links

try creating an account with the same name + password on laptop

that way you wont be asked for credentials
