| Hi,
After a long slog of just over a year I've tacked up 5 MCPs (gaining an
MCBDA in the process) whilst aiming for the MCSE and have now reached the
217 exam, which is booked near the end of Jan. I've got the Microsoft
training kit (CDs / Readiness Review and course book) and am steadily
ploughing through it.
Obviously I've got the MOC guidelines for the exam, but would like to know
which areas are given a really good testing, whilst others are glanced over.
I'm going to learn the whole shebang as that's how it should be approached,
but just a few pointers from people who've been through the exam would be
helpful - eg, lots of policy assignment, TCP, not much on RIS etc.
How difficult is this in relation to say 270 / 215 / 216?
Finally, what materials are people finding helpful (in addition to the
above) in preparing for this exam?
Cheers,
Matt Arnold
