| About to test out the MCSE. Which provider is 'better?' I noticed
while testing out the Novell CNE 5 that VUE's questions seemed to be
much more 'updated' then Prometric's were. Since this is an MCSE
forum, was wondering if there was a preference between the providers
for MCSE tests.
Thanks,
JDC

| It should not be any difference...it's your personal preference. The exams
are drawn from the same pool of questions.
Best,
Will

| It really depends on the actual provider. Either one can be good or bad
depending on the individual office doing the testing. In my area, both seem
to be fine. I heard horror stories about places that had poorly run systems
that kept crashing during tests, but I haven't encountered that personally.
Prometric had individual desks and VUE had large desks with multiple
workstations and no dividers, but both were quiet and monitored by cameras.

| Transcender is not a testing facility (last time I checked), it is a
practice test provider or "brain dump" provider depending on your
perspective.

| I would vote for practice test provider, and a damn good one at that.

Will
