Cannot register as MCP on MS Site

| I passed 70-210 and am trying to log on to the MS MCP site.
I created a .NET passport but cannot get beyond the page where I am supposed
to enter my registration ID which is on the paperwork that shows I passed
70-210. i have tried my Candidate ID, Registration and Site #. The site
keeps telling me something I entered doesn't match my .NET profile.
I double and triple checked spelling. Any ideas???
Thanks
Joe

| Joe:
I had that problem when I got one of mine cert.. After weeks, I ended
up calling them. You may have to get creative to get the phone number.
I recall one of the girls there telling me that they are always
swamped with work, but I had everything resolved and in my possession
after my call in about 3 days

| I had the same problem. I called Microsoft a guy talked me through.
I had an old transcript already but I had to sync it with my .NET passport.
What I was doing wrong? I didn't type my data in capital letters (how could
i know?).
Maybe that is your problem too. But you can call MS any time for this.
