I was wondering if anyone give me some suggestions for takeing the
70-215 exame. I tried two diffrent exames and did not have much luck,
but my work requiers this one.
Thanks

How much experience have you got, and how are you learning? Books,
classroom, 2 pc's to practise on and are you trying to braindump the
answers?

70-210 and 215 are not really that difficult, once you have some experience
of the 2k systems and work through the study lab's in the books.

I have 3 year of working with NT4.0 and we just started working with 2000

Ok, that's a good start, but are you just relying on work experience or are
you studying as well?

I'll probably get flamed to hell by saying this, but there are the test
simulation and braindump sites. For 210 and 215 there is so much free info
around.

To a large extent you may also be better to try and forget about the NT
stuff, as you'll automatically think of the NT way and not the 2k way.

Don't feel pressured to pass just because your employer wants you to, this
will only make you think wrongly.

Good luck.

If by saying you tried two different exams, you just signed up and took the
test without studying any of the material, that may not have been the best
solution.

The Sybex books are about $40 and if your employer expects you to have the
cert, then maybe they can help out woth some study material. Get a couple
of practice exams such as Transcender or STSWARE, (this is promoted by M$),
and take about 2 weeks to really read the book and take the practive exams.
While you're taking the tests, keep the book open on your desk so in case
you get the questions wrong, you can flip to that part of the book and
immediately understand the point of the question.

Good Luck!
