UK Req: Is MCSE comparable/equivalent to a HND or an NVQ(1/2/3/4/5?)?

| Hi all,
My employer need to know if the MCSE is equivalent to a HND or an NVQ.
One person on Microsoft's UK Education support number said it is the same as
a HND, but won't confirm it in writing (which is what I need).
Does anyone have any idea where I can get this confirmed?

| I wouldn't say you could compare them in that way. I have a B.Sc a M.Sc am
MCSA and I'm still doing an MCSE one exam left to do

| This is outrageous. How can you compare MCSE to HND? You see it's
incomparable so just go ahead and do your MCSE. I'm also a B.Sc and a Post
Gra Cert but I'm just about to start MCSE. Knowing MCSE is far different
from the academic work which involves some theories and some programming and
many other stuffs even up to Business Comunication. The content are very
very different.
