| Make sure the Boot.ini file is pointing to the correct place.

| Check the boot.ini is pointing to the right place then replace ntoskrnl.exe
if necessary in the <windowsroot>/system32/ dir.

| I think that by booting the system with the win2k cd into the recovery
console you can edit the boot.ini to correctly point to the file. Yes there
are other ways that this type of error can be fixed but, I have found that
it is usually a boot.ini issue.
