Not all personnel, who have experience on a help desk. actually know
their a$$ from a hole in the ground.

I've done Internet ADSL support in the last 4 years, and let me tell
you that there are veteran help desk personnel, who consider telling
users to download ad aware and removing the spyware from their
computer, as a viable answer to over 85 percent of all calls,
relating to mail problems, slowdowns in browsing, computer crashes
and low memory.

The other 10 percent, those ppl are clueless, and 5 percent, it's not
supported.
