OK people.. I'm suck and I hate win 98

I have 5 win 98 workstations on a DHCP network, and I am on a windows 2000
server with ranger control.

I have installed a lot of software and programs under default user on the
machines, yet when I log in as a user the programs are not available in the
start bar and not on the desktop??

In NT and Win 2000 you can copy the profile over, and when you use default
user and delete the profiles the new settings come up for all users.. yet
how can I get all users to access the progs I have installed under default
user in Win 98??
I have been in the passwords section of the control panel and selected all
users must use the same settings... but this hasn't helped..and I have
deleted all the profiles in the Windows folder.

How ? Help

Ta

go into documents and settings, copy the settings from within there. this is
a very bad way of doing this.
