| How do I apply MMC Snap-ins to a user or group??
I have created a Snap-In for Group Policy restricting users for changing backgrounds. I have saved it as GP.msc & all I need to do now is apply it, I thought that you could a add a startup script to apply the .msc but I was told that that is wrong - not why but just wrong
Please Help

| i think youre seriously confused about what .msc files are for. group
policy can be applied to users or groups through the snap in, but the snap
in itself has nothing to do with the policies being applied.

| snap-in is just replacement for traditional management utilities. If you
want to apply policies use active directory , if you don't have active
directory use registry files at login script

1)create an ou
2)put your users in the ou
3 )and apply the gpo to the ou
