Anyone know what happened to examcram.com? It's been down the last few
days?

They've been down longer than that. They went under.
Shame. I rather liked their books. I even use 'em as reference occasionally.

My wife actually purchased a set of Core MCSE books. It wasn't until I had
difficulty getting their software to run that I learned that their website
was down due in part to a bankrupt company. She had returned them. I'm
wondering if they were still worth having and if the software was all that
useful to anyone?

Their software I know nothing about. But the core 4 books were okay (well
210 and 217 were better than 215 and 216 IMHO). Wouldn't dream of using them
as the sole source of information but then that's not what they are for.
They are for one last solidification of things you already know while maybe
filling in gaps the other books may have left. And for that purpose they
were good.
