Just out of curiosity, have you taken any instructor-led training?
(With a _good_ instructor?) It's really not impossible to make AD
"sing and dance", but sometimes wading through all the information
out there ends up being counterproductive because people can't see
the forest for the trees (no pun intended).

Man, first you pay through the nose for a bunch of Windows licenses,
and then you pay through the nose to get trained how to use the crap.

I thought this Windows stuff was intuitive?
