Author Time Limits on Certification Completion?

Hi

I'm just about to start my MCSE studying and was wondering if there is a
time limit between taking/passing your first exam and your last. Must you
complete all the required exam within a specific time-frame or can they be
as closely or widely spread as you like?

For eample, could I take them over a year or maybe two or more (I probably
won't but that's an extreme example).

Thanks
Keith

No specific time limit, but Bill retires some exams when he wants to
force^H^H^H^H^Hencourage everyone to upgrade to the latest version of
Windows.
Currently, an exam pass remains valid indefinately, but to become MCSE in a
particular OS (currently Win2k), you will obviously need to pass at least
the core exams before they get retired.
There are more details on microsoft's web site, and numerous (often)
relevant threads is you trawl through the usenet archives
(groups.google.com).
