Author Games menu, how to add?

I'm trying to figure out how to add a games menu to my panel... I'm in a
computer lab, and my friend for some reason has one while I don't. I've
looked through .bashrc files and various other configuration files and
can't figure it out. Anyone have any tips as to where I can look to
figure out why? It's on all computers, too, no matter which computer he
logs onto the menu is there. So it's not just on a specific computer,
the menu points to a network location...

We're running Redhat KDE 3.0 ... Any tips? Thanks.

Under Mandrake, the program is menudrake; different distros do things
differently.
