Author NT4.0 to LINUX...!

Good morning,

I'm currently running a WinNT4.0 server (with two NIC's one internet and the
other for internal network) with Proxy Server 2.0 for my internet access
through a cable modem...

Cable modem -> NT40 -> 3COM Router -> Internal network

It works great but let's face it I need to get a life and I need to change
this setup over to LINUX...Funny thing is one of the machines on my internal
network is a LINUX (GNU/Debian) box and it works great!

The Proxy Server 2.0 on the NT4.0 box acts as my router/interface with the
internet/intranet...I guess my question is how do I go about setting up my
LINUX box to basically do the same thing? Once I get this worked out I'll
convert the WinNT4.0 box to LINUX, too...Just for good measure!

Your advice and opinions are greatly appreciated...

Cordially,
Arous
