Help!

I have installed xine as an rpm package on my SuSE 8.1 and looking not
encrypted DVDs are working fine (xvid 0.20020412, libxine0 0.9.13,
xine-ui 0.9.13, libdvdcss2 1.2.1, libdvdread 0.9.3).

Now I want also to install Captain CSS (xine_d4d_plugin-0.3.2) too look
my encrypted DVDs. When I want to compile the package and run the
configure command, there comes the error message:

*** Could not run XINE test program, checking why...
*** The test program failed to compile or link. See the file config.log
for the
*** exact error that occured. This usually means XINE was incorrectly
installed
*** or that you have moved XINE since it was installed. In the latter
case, you
*** may want to edit the xine-config script: /usr/bin/xine-config
configure: error: *** You should install xine first ***

Remark: /usr/bin/xine-config --version gives as an output "0.9.13". So
what's wrong? Or do somebody know an rpm-package?
