I'm setting up a Linux network in the office and would like to
set up an automatic logging system so that a record is kept of
every program my employees run and when they run them. I know
about bash history files and the /var/logs directory, but I want
to know when programs were run, when they were closed, and I want
that info for all programs that users run, not just the command line.

Can anyone help?

I'm running Red Hat 7.1.

Thanks!
