Seems nice, although they don't even explain the difference between libranet
and debian. So, if anyone uses this distro, perhaps you can tell us? I
won't be very eager using the distro btw, since you can't even download it
for free. But maybe, if I know what makes it different from Debian, I might
just get it to check it out ;-)

Do you think I'm rude, or don't you understand my answers? Read this page
[http://www.tuxedo.org/~esr/faqs/sma...ions.html#intro] and you'll
understand. You'll also see that I'm not rude in this
(http://www.tuxedo.org/~esr/faqs/sma...tions.html#rtfm) section.

It is Debian. So to say 100% compatible may confuse some people. Libranet
just takes debian a few steps further and makes it easier to install. You
may already know debian is a pain in the XXX to install sometimes even for
pros. The new 2.7 can not be downloaded however the 2.0 version can, and
with "apt-get dist upgrade" *boom* you're up to date. I hope this clears
things up.

You can download the 2.0 version for free from thier site. But not the new
2.7 version.
The difference between Libranet and Debian, from what I've read, seems to be
that Libranet and a much better installer. Seems to be more newbie friendly.
Other than that it is Debian, 100% compatible.
