| Hi Paul,
Thanks for your feedback, I'll try to see your point and see what I can do.
But then I don't own Linux or it's distro, I'm providing a subscription
service to receive a copy.

| Hi Don,
Thanks for the support.
I'm a developer so I need most of these distro for testing and the shipping
cost from Cheapbyte to Singapore is US$11 excluding the Distro.
It's hard to get GPL in Singapore until months after the new releases and it
cost around S$20 a set. Yes, somemore import from cheapbyte and it no reason
to buy a box set every release for development testing.
I have been facing lotsa difficulty myself buying these CD so I download
them. Then that triggled me to provide it as a service but I know it's cheap
so I make it a subscription for 1 year instead of people buying them $20 a
set. I will send out when there's a release to the using within the
subscript period. Linux is such a beautiful Os and obviously I do no want to
make a loss if I can somehow make it a service.
Best Regards.

| Correct, I'm doing this for leisure and trying to make it as cheap as
possible but a reliable service.
I'm replying all posting here also to gather feedback although all your
feedback are overseas.
How many distro a year or how many disks is my problem and I will ship them.

I think -- I'm not sure -- that that's incorrect. I think it would be
fraud if he, lying, told his clients that it wasn't free. (I think
it's wrong, mind you, but wrong<>fraud; that's why we have two
different words.)

Maybe my english is lousy not being my first tongue or the way I explain
My service is not please to people to people seeing what I'm try to do.
As I am really sincere to provide a service, perhaps someone can help me to
Reword if what on my website is no appropriate so the nature of my service
will be good intention.
Will that be better and really help to enhance my explanation?
Otherwise it's ok. It's also a way so I can see what feedback or unpleasant

| He is spamming the newsgroups, but it is NOT illegal to sell linux. It
is only illegal to sell it, not provide source code, and put
restrictions on redistribution.

He has posted to this newsgroup individually. I did not see him in
alt.os.linux.mandrake, so I don't see his posting to multiple groups, either.
How, exactly, is his posting spam? It *is* unsolicited, and commercial, but
spam? How so?

Yup. And, as I've said, I didn't see his post in other newsgroups. Doesn't
mean he didn't. That's why I'm asking.
