QuickCert computer training - worth it?

I was wondering if anyone has taken training through Quick Cert? They train
in several areas (like CompTIA, MSCE, and CCNA) ... there package is $1200
for a year, to use a combination of testing simulators and practice exams,
and recorded video with an instructor that you play on your computer. They
have practice exams that are suppose to match the real thing very closely.
They have a money back guarentee if you fail 1 exam 2 times. Is
there training any good?
