6 Step Troubleshooting Model

| Hi,
What are the 6 steps to this model? At the nw5.1 doc site and
Serv/Support Exam Cram, can only find 4 and 7 step plans. Lol, at
worst let me be ignorant, about to write (50-658) and really
wondering, seems like 1-3 easy wins/losses could come out of this one.
!And I can't answer it! Help!

| Ok, I know, a lousy post, I was working with ExamCram v5.0's cause I
couldn't get the 5.1's, but I can dig no replies. Kind of a goofy
post, sry/I appreciate it tho.
