<br>however it does include a classroom facilities in Philadelphia.
<br>Outside Philadelphia, the classes will have to be onsite, or rented
<br>by the buyer. This auction is for one 40 hour class in one week at
<br>any location between NYC and Washington D.C. any location
<br>outside the NE corridor please add $1,000 to the final selling price.
<br>It is intended for companies that need training, however do not have
<br>a budget for the standard 20-25k for a one week class. Additionally
<br>the purchasing agent at the company that purchases this class will
