Sue,
Just hold down your shift key when clicking on a link that you know will
be opening a new window. If you click a link, and you get that familiar
"zzzzzt", then just try it again with the shift key. You have to hold it
down until you actually see the new IE window, but it works, and without
having to disable/re-enable.

Yeah I noticed that the first time I responded but I did not know where this
guy (the one I responded to) was posting so I left it until he got what he
needed from my posts. *shrug*
I think he got it now so... no more of this crappy cross posting.
