Is your alter ego DiamondDan??? He hated Smartcertify too :-(

If you have been scammed or screwed by SmartCertify direct go here
www.ripoffreport.com and file a complaint, if enough people file, they will
launch an investigation into this company and you could save thousands from
being the victims of this Company!

Yo ho ho

I've bought from SmartCertify before and they've given me a 100% guarantee that
their material will give me a passing grade on my exam. If the material failed
I was able to return the product and get my full refund back.

If a company can offer that kind of guaranteee then they're not a company that
'sucks' as you put it.

Their guarantee doesn't guarantee that their material will give you a
passing grade Their guarantee states that if you fail the same exam twice
they will refund your money. So if you pay $600 for their A+ course and you
fail the Hardware and OS technologies exams twice at a cost of $556 (don't
forget you have to take and fail both exams within 90 days from the time
you order the product or guarantee is void), then they will refund your
money. They do nothing to help you pass , they could care less if you pass
or not.

As per usual no one can post an opinion in this newsgroup without being
attacked. If I can save 1 person from the same experience as myself, it will
be worth it though.

No...any institution of learning should care about whether their
students are being properly instructed/educated, and if they are being
trained for a particular certification, then passing that
certification is the benchmark for how well the course works. Teachers
who don't care are a plague, and that goes for the administration
level of educational institutions as well.

The way I see it is that if you are paying them to care then they
*should* care. Paying for a class geared towards certification is
equivalent to paying them to care if you pass or not, IMO.

That is an excellent point. There are way to many schools who all they want
is your money. They do nothing but offer second rate education and
illpreperation for the exams. Often if aksed somthing in a functional manner
that is not in the text book they are at a loss.

Just one mans opnion,

The process of doing an investigation like this requires much more
specific clues. Sometimes these clues are related to geography.
Sometimes they are related to other factors, the use of specific key
phrases, etc. One can only be careful for so long before one begins to
slip up, drop key phrases without noticing, etc. Having fun yet? :-)

Exactly.
Although I have no experience with the company in question any service
"should" care about customer satisfaction and strive to be the best they can
be.
They should care a lot.
