well well well... would you LOOK at that??? He has a new ISP!!! Looks like
we succeeded folks... eventually, he will run out of ISP's and be stuck at
home kicking his dog.

Yup, his new ISP added to my killfilter too! Unforunately for him it
takes me 10 seconds to launch counter measures. Getting a new ISP
causes time and money. Oh well.
