As an update:
When I tried to reason with them, I got the reply:
"Then go somewhere else. We have plenty of customer's who we deal with. Take
care brush your hair."

I have no idea what "brush your hair" is supposed to mean but if their grasp
of English is so poor, just imagine what their tests are like.......
