I guess that depends on where you are headed in the IT field. It will also add two certs to your resume, pass i-net+ and you can roll it over to CIW-a for $95.

Can you explain this "rollover to CIW"? I've heard it before but don't
understand how this works. Also I thought there were different levels of
CIW.

Dont do it. Its just a cheap way for each company to make some money.
Honestly, no one knows about CIW certifications and they are only worth
it if you plan on advancing in the CIW track.
