I've taken the CIW foundation class, and I'm preparing myself for the exam, which one shall i take, the CIW foundation exam or the I-Net+ one, and why? and how would you compare I-Net+ to CIW foundation?

TIA

Hi
If you want to become CIW teacher you need to take CIW foundations
If you pass i-Net+, ProsoftTraining automatically credits you CIW
foundations
http://www.ciwcertified.com/exams/e...comm=home&llm=3
i-Net+ focus much more on Networking aspect of Internet
I studied CIW foundations but I didn't actually take the exam. Based on my
studies CIW was much more focusing on HTML and workstations configurations.

CIW foundations appears to me as an entry level exam , i-Net+ was more
difficult and I would suggest to anymore to be Network+ certified before
attempting i-Net+ (unless you want to find it very difficult)

Take the foundations if you want to become a ciw ci (certified
instructor), otherwise, take the I-Net+. I-Net+ is more recognized and
you get the certificate after that one test. CIW (prosoft) accepts the
I-Net+ instead of the foundations if you want to continue on the ciw
track.

Foundations has more html questions, I-Net+ has network
troubleshooting questions. Other than that, they are about the same.
I-Net+ is better written, meaning the grammar and syntax of the
questions doesn't hang you up while you are testing.

Hope that helps.
