subnets can't see each others...

i have anetwork suneted to 2 two subnets
1- 192.168.1.0
255.255.254.0
2- 192.168.0.0
255.255.254.0
and router.
all subnets can see each others but after we configure the frame relay
service ,the subnet 192.168.0.0 can't see the mail server which reside
at subnet 192.168.1.0
they can ping GATEWAY(also reside at same subnet) but can't ping the
mail server.... is this may be routing problem from the router??coz the
service provider came and configure the router to install the frame
relay service ..
any comments?????

Hi,
Shouldn't that be:
1- 192.168.1.0
255.255.255.0
2- 192.168.0.0
255.255.255.0
