| I sat the test this morning a passed with a the score 873.
The test wasn't as bad as I was expecting, I was a little concerned about
Novell and Apple, but those that I did have to answer seemed relatively
easy.
I did seem to get quite a few Token Ring questions, again all relatively
simple. I had 2 drag and drop tasks, and quite a few questions that used
exhibits.
My advice to those planning on taking the test, make sure you know the
basics of everything, the majority of the questions I faced didn't go to
deep into any topic. If you are doing well (80%) on the study guide chapter
reviews / practice tests, then I would say you are ready for the exam.
In preparing for the exam I used the Sybex and Exam Cram study guides.
Good luck....

| Congrats! I'm looking at taking the test in about four weeks. Thanks for
the advice!

| Hi! Just my $0.02 Same here, passed yesterday with 820, nothing to write my
Mom about. Most questions was about basics, topology, cables, e.t.c. Couple
requiered using mouse to assign the picture to the picture-make sure U
position it right, my hand was shaking, so it took me 5 min to get it
right... No tricky question, just look for the one, eliminate the wrong and
U will get it. 2-3 with pictures about Netstat, Nbstat and
switches -c, -r, -a, it was all guessing 4 me.
Good luck
