| Hi,
Just wondering what books everyone has used to study for the Net + and
what they thought of each book?

| I guess you couldn't have been bothered to do a search in the already
answered questions, this one has been answered at least 100 times already.

| why because you were too lazy to see if the answer was already posted? Which
of course it has been asked and answered before, but of course because you
are asking it s a whole new question

I recommend the Network+ Guide to Networks by Tamara Dean. This Course
Technology book is extremely thorough in covering the Network+ material.
Also, get some sort of testing software. An earlier post recommended the
Sybex Virtual Test Center. I like Self Test Software and Transcender.
Our school just switched to TestOut, and it seems okay.
I also recommend the CBT nuggets Network+ series. 2 CDs of videos
explainging topics and then showing how to do it on a computer. A good
buy at $199.
Depends monstly on how you styudy best. But definitly get some practice
test software. Get a feel for the types of questions and wording that
will be used. Some of the questiosn can be worded funny.
Good Luck!
